By using Ashland Fruit ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Kitchen Creek Media.

Access

Full access to the plant map requires a one-time payment of $5 processed through PayPal. There are no user accounts. After you pay, you receive a permanent access link, which you can retrieve at any time by entering the email address or phone number you used at checkout. Your access is personal and is not to be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Payment

The current access fee is $5 USD, charged once. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You will see "Kitchen Creek Media" or "Ashland Fruit" on your billing statement.

Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are processed at our discretion.

Plant Data

Plant locations are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any plant at any listed location. Always use your own judgment when foraging or interacting with plants. Do not trespass on private property.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit the plant data. You agree not to share your access link publicly or circumvent payment requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Kitchen Creek Media is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the plant data provided.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
